Due to the nature of digital and creative services, significant time, planning, research, and resources are allocated to every project from the moment work is scheduled. Therefore, all payments made to FreelanceWithDepu are subject to the following Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to FreelanceWithDepu are non-refundable.

By making a payment for any service, the client acknowledges and agrees that project resources, scheduling, planning, consultation time, research, design work, development work, and other professional efforts are reserved specifically for their project.

As a result, FreelanceWithDepu does not offer refunds once payment has been received.

2. Digital Service Nature

Our services involve the creation of custom digital assets and professional work tailored specifically to each client.

These services may include:

  • Website Design

  • Website Development

  • WordPress Development

  • E-Commerce Development

  • Graphic Design

  • Logo Design

  • Branding Services

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Google Ads Management

  • Meta Ads Management

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Website Maintenance

  • Custom Development Solutions

Since these services are personalized and cannot be returned like physical products, they are not eligible for refunds.

3. Advance Payments

Any advance payment, booking fee, deposit, milestone payment, or project reservation fee is strictly non-refundable.

Advance payments are used to:

  • Reserve project time slots

  • Allocate resources

  • Begin project planning

  • Conduct research and consultation

  • Initiate design and development activities

Therefore, advance payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after payment has been made:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Any completed work remains the property of FreelanceWithDepu until all outstanding balances are cleared.

  • Any project materials already delivered may be subject to usage restrictions until full payment is received.

Project cancellation does not entitle the client to a partial or full refund.

5. Change of Mind

Refund requests based on any of the following reasons will not be approved:

  • Change of mind

  • Change in business plans

  • Change in marketing strategy

  • Change in personal preference

  • Finding another service provider

  • Budget limitations

  • Internal company decisions

Clients are encouraged to carefully review project details before making payment.

6. Delays Caused by Clients

FreelanceWithDepu shall not be responsible for project delays caused by:

  • Missing content

  • Missing images

  • Delayed feedback

  • Delayed approvals

  • Communication gaps

  • Client unavailability

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Subjective Design Preferences

Design and creative work often involve subjective opinions.

Refunds will not be provided because:

  • A design style is not personally preferred.

  • A client changes their visual preferences after approval.

  • A client requests a completely different direction than originally agreed.

Revision opportunities may be offered according to the project agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

FreelanceWithDepu is not responsible for issues involving third-party services, including:

  • Domain registrars

  • Hosting providers

  • Payment gateways

  • Advertising platforms

  • Social media platforms

  • WordPress plugins

  • Premium themes

  • External APIs

Refunds will not be issued for problems arising from third-party services.

9. Advertising Services

For SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing services:

  • Marketing results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Search rankings cannot be guaranteed.

  • Lead generation cannot be guaranteed.

  • Sales increases cannot be guaranteed.

  • Advertising platform decisions are beyond our control.

Refunds will not be provided based on campaign performance expectations.

10. Website Performance Disclaimer

Website speed, rankings, traffic, conversions, and business performance may depend on numerous external factors.

FreelanceWithDepu does not guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings

  • Specific traffic volumes

  • Specific sales figures

  • Specific conversion rates

  • Specific business outcomes

Refunds will not be granted due to unmet expectations regarding these metrics.

11. Completed Work

Once project deliverables have been provided, submitted, published, deployed, or delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued.

Completed work includes but is not limited to:

  • Design files

  • Website files

  • Source code

  • Graphics

  • Marketing assets

  • SEO reports

  • Campaign configurations

  • Consultation documents

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact FreelanceWithDepu directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving services may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Removal of project access

  • Legal recovery actions where permitted by law

  • Additional administrative costs

13. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, FreelanceWithDepu may choose to offer a goodwill credit, service adjustment, or alternative resolution.

Such resolutions are entirely discretionary and do not create any obligation to provide refunds.

14. Policy Updates

FreelanceWithDepu reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page along with the revised effective date.
